TreeTop Rocks is a unique social enterprise based in Scotland that leads recreational tree climbing groups using ropes and harnesses. Recreational tree climbing can be experienced by almost anybody! It builds confidence, teaches new skills, encourages mindfulness & focus, & helps develop self-esteem. Sessions include information about the trees  & the importance of protecting Scotland’s natural heritage. No platforms, walkways, or permanent structures are created & no damaging materials such as nails are deployed. By connecting to nature, we hope to encourage participants – both children and adults – to develop a love and respect for forest ecosystems..
