What’s happening in 2024?

This year’s Festival features an exciting range of guest musicians – internationally renowned performers, young emerging artists, and our Associate Ensemble in residence, The Consone Quartet. With performances from morning until dusk, there is music for every generation – classical chamber music, folk music, a masterclass for singers, relaxed performances for all the family and ‘Traditional Tunes for Tiny People’.

A picnic basket on an old teak bench with a plaid rug over the arm. It is surrounded by shiny metal cups and plates, a Tupperware box sandwiches and a lattice art. On the grounds a second basket with paper napkins and behind is a display of summer flowers in a border in front of Paxton House, a red sandstone Georgian building.Make the most of the stunning grounds at Paxton House on our long light summer nights and bring a picnic to eat together before the concert or, for morning concerts, pop in for lunch or tea at our Stables Tearoom. Wine will be available in the Courtyard in the interval.
