Paxton House Christmas Cracker

The Paxton House Christmas Cracker is one of the final public events of 2017.  This year was one of the biggest crackers that we have ever had and it was a wonderful start to the festive season for all who attended.

We had over 60 food, gift and craft stalls spread throughout the main rooms of the house. The house was filled with gorgeous decorations and Christmas trees and we had all the fires roaring. We enjoyed entertainment from the Golden Square Singers and the Norham Brass Band. They played lovely christmas carols which filled the house and courtyard with christmas spirit.

Santa visited the house to hear what all the children would like for Christmas Day. There were also fun and festive craft activities for the children running throughout the day in the Education room. The Stables Tearoom put on a delicious spread of festive treats for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.

The next Christmas Cracker will be on the 1st and 2nd of December 2018.
