Invitation to Tender: Conservation of Furniture
We wish to invite Accredited Furniture Conservators with a proven track record of working on comparable collections (e.g. National Trust / NTS / English Heritage / Accredited Museum collections) to tender for this phase of conservation work on Paxton’s Recognised furniture collections. Payment schedule to be agreed with contractor.
Project 1: Painted Chippendale furniture
Project 2: Conservation of furniture for planned exhibitions

As a charity, The Paxton House Trust relies on several dedicated teams of volunteers to help run our visitor experience. We are fortunate that so many talented individuals are prepared to give up time and come together to work on a whole variety of tasks at Paxton.
